Beats has come up with new colors for its famous Studio Buds true wireless earbuds. While they were already available in Black, White, and Beats Red, the earbuds are now being introduced in Ocean Blue, Sunset Pink, and Moon Gray.
The new color options have the same design and features as the original Beats Studio Buds. But, Beats also has added some characteristics for Android users while launching the new colors.
These additional traits are similar to the features that are already offered to iOS users. Those who use Beats Studio Buds with an Android device will now see the “Locate My Beats” option added to the Beats app alongside Product Widgets.
Therefore, Android users can finally locate their earbuds, control listening modes, and access battery life information directly from their device.
The earbuds’ listening modes include ANC (active noise cancelation) and transparency mode. They have powerful yet balanced sound quality, suitable for all genres, from classical music to hip-hop.
The Buds offer up to 8 hours of listening time, which can be increased to 24 hours by using the charging case.
Other features include quick charging (where 5 minutes of charge delivers 1 hour of battery), IPX4 sweat and water resistance, class 1 Bluetooth for expanded range, and USB-C charging.
Apple users are able to activate Siri hands-free by saying “Hey Siri,” and there is one-touch pairing convenience for both Apple and Android phones.
The new three colors options are now available for purchase at the same price as the previous colors. But, the color choices are split across third-party retailers: Best Buy will sell Blue ones, Amazon gets gray, and Target is where you can find the pink ones.
Also, you may buy the earbuds from their official site.
And as for the option to locate the earbuds, lookout for an app update.
